Our à la carte restaurant Monsapori, overlooking the sea, offers a setting that evolves throughout the day, from soft morning light to evenings shaped by the sunset, creating a distinctive rhythm for every meal.
The name Monsapori reflects both place and experience. Mon for Monumenti and Sapori, meaning flavours and highlighting a concept that goes beyond the meal itself.
The kitchen is led by experienced chef Franko Mocko, supported by award-winning young chef Patrik Prnjak, while the final sweet notes are created by renowned pastry chef Neven Jadreško.
The menu is based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, with contemporary interpretations of Mediterranean and Istrian cuisine that remain true to their origins.
Guests can choose from fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, crafted with a sense of balance and simplicity, as well as desserts that bring a refined and warm finish to the experience.
The experience is naturally complemented by signature cocktails inspired by the Mediterranean and the character of the hotel.
