The name Monsapori combines Monumenti with the Italian word sapori – flavours – reflecting the restaurant’s connection to the place it belongs to. Under the guidance of chef Franko Mocko, the kitchen is built around fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, transformed through a contemporary approach into refined yet unpretentious dishes.
