The extended Easter weekend at Hotel Monumenti is an opportunity to slow down.
It includes three nights for two with half board, a festive Easter lunch at Monsapori restaurant, and full access to the pool, jacuzzi, saunas and gym.
For Easter, we have prepared a special menu: cream of wild asparagus with Istrian prosciutto and sparkling wine, beef tartare with black truffle, traditional Istrian minestrone, Istrian Lorraine, slow-roasted lamb with young potato purée and demi-glace sauce, and to finish, figs in Merlot and bucolaj with vanilla cream. (Beverages are not included.)
For guests who wish to enjoy more, we offer a 20% discount on wellness treatments and the option of a private SPA experience with prior reservation.
On Saturday, April 4, at the nearby Giardini in Pula, we recommend visiting a presentation of southern Istrian winemakers with an exclusive wine tasting for all wine lovers (individual arrival from 6:00 PM to midnight).
